It's important to keep your billing account details up to date. This step by step guide will explain how to update your billing information.

• Head to https://flatratenow.net
• Select Login > Account Login and login
• Select Account Information

• Click on the first tile with your name to update:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Company
  • Email
  • Phone Number

• To change your password, click ‘Change Password’
