ServiceM8 Badge to FlatRateNOW Task Sync

You can automatically apply a ServiceM8 Badge to a Client record or Job Record within ServiceM8 when a quote is accepted in FlatRateNOW.

To ensure certain badges are applied to your Client record and/or the Job record, the ServiceM8 Badge to FlatRateNOW Task Sync will do this for you.

When a quotation is accepted in FlatRateNOW, if a task has been linked to a ServiceM8 Badge, it will trigger the application* of the badge.

*The badge may take up to 2 minutes to highlight as applied in ServiceM8 once accepted quote is uploaded.

Example 1: VIP/Membership

  • Sync ServiceM8 VIP badge to a FlatRateNOW Membership Task.
  • When the Task included in an accepted quote, it will apply the VIP badge to the Job and Client record

Example 2: Completed Work Requires Follow-up

  • Tradie sells a specific task that would benefit from a follow up in 6 months.
  • Sync ServiceM8 6 Month Follow-up Badge to FlatRateNOW Task.
  • When the Task is included in an accepted quote, it will apply the 6 Month Follow-up Badge to the job to become visible in ServiceM8's follow-up process.

 

If you authenticated your FlatRateNOW and ServiceM8 integration prior to 6/01/2025, you will need to disconnect and reconnect to be able to access this feature.
