ScratchPad - Save Option Sheets

Option Sheets built using ScratchPad are a useful source of information about what your customer did not buy, as well as for use in staff sales training. They can now be saved to the office.

The ScratchPad view is not a static document, it will be used throughout the Plumber’s time on site and to continue the conversation with the customer so the plumber can save multiple versions of the Option Sheet, and each one is stored in the management console and can be emailed to their manager.

To Save an Option Sheet in Scratchpad

1. Tap the Save to Back End button (see below).

2. Your plumbers can add extra details if you would like them to (see below) – but this is really for Flat Rate NOW users in Price Book Mode – tap Save to Back End again.
