Preferred Products & Materials

Selecting the preferred products for tasks.

You will have preferred products for your plumbers to use for certain tasks. In FlatRateNOW these are called product favourites.

To select a product favourite:

1. Log in as a Manager.

2. In the >Price Book, tap the task you want.

3. In the >Task View, tap on the star to the right of your preferred products (see below).

4. These will always appear at the top of their product list.
