Making changes to your customer on an active quote

The following guide will show you how to edit your customer, job site or billing details on your active quotation.

Please note: if the Job includes a quotation that has a status of PENDING or ACCEPTED OR includes an invoice, you will not be able to edit the customer, job site or billing details as the fields are locked down to ensure consistency in the job details.

 

  1. Navigate to your quotation
    1. Select Active Quote or,
    2. Select Job list and find the job
  2. Select Edit below the Customer to begin editing

    1. Press Continue to Save
    2. Press Cancel to reject your changes

  3. Select Choose Different Address below Job/Site

  4. Enter in the new details
    1. Press Continue to Save
    2. Press Cancel to exit

  5. Select Choose Different Address below Billing

  6. Enter in the new details
    1. Press Continue to Save
    2. Press Cancel to exit
