How do I find a task in the app most efficiently?

The FlatRateNOW app includes over 1400 tasks and growing, to find the task specific to your job there are many ways to navigate through the app.

The category is designed to flow similarly to how you break down a job while on site. The category panel breaks down the tasks into industry specific sections with each section containing sub sections.  .

Managers can set tasks that are frequently used as ‘favourite tasks’, these will appear in the Favourite section

It is important to be confident when moving through the app and trusting your knowledge as a tradesperson. If the task cannot be found, the search bar within the category allows you to explore the catalogue with particular search terms.
