Excavation Settings

This article will explain how to enter the excavation settings to achieve the desired price for your excavation tasks.

Immediately note: this is only the labour component of the excavation. This does not impact any other aspect of an excavation job.

FlatRateNOW will calculate your excavation prices based on the cubic meterage requiring to be dug up. 

For each type of excavation enter:

• Excavation rate:
  • Number of cubic metres per hour.
• Cost per hour:
  • How much each hour of labour costs you (for basic margin calculations).
• Sell per hour:
  • How much you will charge for each hour.
