FlatRateNOW's integration with ServiceM8 adds a powerful tool to your toolkit. By removing the need to double handle information, Jobs will automatically sync from ServiceM8 and quotations accepted in FlatRateNOW will automatically sync back into their respective job cards in ServiceM8.
How does the integration with ServiceM8 function?
- Jobs Scheduled: When a job is scheduled in your ServiceM8 Dispatch Board, it will automatically sync to the users Job List within FlatRateNOW.
- Appointment Update: When a job's appointment is updated in ServiceM8, it will automatically update in FlatRateNOW.
- Quotes Sent: When a quotation is sent from FlatRateNOW to your customer, the Job Diary will be updated with the quote PDF and a note advising who sent it, at what time and which quote number.
- Quote Approved: When a quotation is approved in FlatRateNOW, the task heading, description and pricing will upload into the Quote & Invoicing Tab of the job within ServiceM8. A copy of the signed quote PDF will also upload to the Job Diary
- Payment Confirmed: (Invoicing & Payment must be enabled in FlatRateNOW) When a payment is collected in FlatRateNOW, a record is automatically uploaded to the Payment tab of the job.
- Job Creation: (Create ServiceM8 Job must be enabled in FlatRateNOW Settings) When the user selects 'New Quote' in the FlatRateNOW Quote View, they can request a brand new job via the integration. ServiceM8 will generate a new Job Number and send the new number into the FlatRateNOW app automatically updating the view for the user.
