Enable 'Customer Not Present' in Acceptance Screen

There are times when you would like to approve a quote internally or you may have a customer such as a Real Estate Agent or Strata Committee where a signature is not required.

To by-pass the requirement for the Customer's signature, you can use the 'Customer Not Present' feature.

This feature needs to be turned on from your configuration - to do so, follow these steps.

1. Go to Office Portal (https://live.flatratenow.net)
   
2. Go to Configuration
   
3. Select the Configuration Tab
   
4. Tick to enable 'Allow Accepting Quote Without Customer Signature'
   
5. Click 'Apply' at the top to save
