Adding a Special Labour Rate to your TSK0001 & TMQ0001 Tasks.

This article will guide you through creating a Special Labour Rate for your TSK Task.

The TSK & TMQ tasks are one time tasks that allow users to create tasks on the fly tasks. They are often unique and require either additional or reduced work, as a result it is possible to change the labour sell rate to a higher or lower amount. To do so follow these steps:

  1. Open your Office Portal (https://live.flatratenow.net)
  2. Go to Task Template
  3. Search for either TSK0001 or TMQ0001 and open the task
  4. Click Modify

  5. Select 'Labour Sell Rate'
  6. Enable 'Use Special Labour Rate for this task' and enter your desired 'Special Labour Rate' excluding GST
  7. Click Save

Please remember that your users MUST refresh their app to receive these changes.
