Creating Options in your Scratchpad

The following article will explain how to create options in your Scratchpad.

Scratchpad is a tool where you can create Options for your customers. It's important to remember that the scratchpad options are not binding, but rather a proposed solution developed between you and your client.

Follow these steps to begin creating the ideal option.

1. Open the Scratchpad
   1. From the Home screen
   2. From the Quote screen
2. Click 'Add Items'
   
3. Navigate the catalogue to your first task
4. Click on the options you would like to create
    
   1. You can create up to 6 options at once by selecting either A, B, C, D, E, F
5. Click Add
   
6. You've now added the task to your option
