Creating Coupons

This article will explain how to add coupons to your FlatRateNOW account from the Office View.

Coupons are an important part of marketing, they help boost sales and boost your return client percentage.

In FlatRateNOW, you are able to create coupons and have them readily available for your users to apply on any given quotation.

Please Note: You are only able to apply one coupon at a time. This is mandatory and cannot be ignored.

To setup a coupon, follow these steps:

1. Log into your Office View
2. Click 'Preset Price Adjustment'
   
3. Click 'Create'
   
4. Enter the name of the coupon
   
5. Decide on the adjustment type
    
   1. No change
   2. Increase $ including GST
   3. Decrease $ including GST
   4. Increase % 
   5. Decrease %
6. Enter the adjustment amount
   
7. If your coupon will exceed your Dynamic Pricing limit, you must tick 'May exceed dynamic pricing limit'
   
8. Enter a Note to appear on your quotation.
   
9. Review the example
   
10. Hit Save
    
11. Repeat for as many coupons as necessary

Once you've finished creating your coupons, learn how to apply these coupons on the app.
