Choose not to Specify Products in Quotes and Invoices

While you have to specify a Hot Water brand and model, or a mixer tap model, to calculate a price for the Task in FlatRateNOW, you may not always be able to get hold of the model you have included in the Quote. In these rare instances, your Plumber can choose not to include the actual model in the customer's Quote and Invoice. The price remains the same, and the Office view of the Job remains the same, but the plumber has the option to replace one model with another without redoing the Quote and asking the customer to Accept it all over again

To choose not to include the brand and model of a Product in the Quote, the Plumber simply ticks the box in the Task View (see below).
