This release introduces AI Allie, a new in-app quoting assistant, alongside improvements to quote adjustment, invoice payments, Simpro integration, and a range of usability enhancements across the platform.

AI Allie — quote review

AI Allie is FlatRateNOW's new in-app assistant, designed to help your whole team quote with confidence — regardless of individual sales experience.

$1 billion+ in accepted quotes

Allie's quote review is trained on over $1 billion in accepted quotes, with a further $1.5 billion in data being added over the next two weeks.

To use it, build your quote then tap Review Tasks in the top right corner. Allie surfaces task suggestions based on what you've quoted, ranked by affinity:

  • High affinity — tasks frequently offered and accepted alongside your selection
  • Moderate affinity — commonly paired tasks with good acceptance rates
  • Low affinity — occasionally relevant but less frequently accepted

 Quote adjustment interface

The quote adjustment view has been redesigned for greater clarity and control.

  • Visual price breakdown — see exactly what each adjustment does to the total quote price in real time
  • Expected profit calculation — now available for manager-level users
  • Limit indicator — the scroll bar turns orange as you approach the adjustment limit, then red when you reach it
  • (NEW) Credits — Credits can now be applied to your quote and will appear seperately to Savings.

 Automatic quote follow-up — ShortURL & security check

SMS follow-ups are now shorter and more secure.

  • ShortURL field — a condensed URL specifically designed for SMS follow-ups, reducing message credit usage
  • Mobile verification — customers are prompted to enter the last 4 digits of their mobile number before accessing the shortURL quote link

 Invoice & payments

  • FRNPay Pay Now button on invoice PDFs — clients can tap directly from the PDF to view and pay their outstanding balance
  • FRNPay AMEX activation — company information is now required when activating FRNPay to authorise AMEX payments

 Simpro integration

  • Correct invoice types — payments created in FlatRateNOW now generate the matching invoice type in Simpro (Deposit, Progress, or Tax Invoice) based on the amount collected
  • Two-way sync — invoices and payments first created in Simpro will now automatically appear within the corresponding job in FlatRateNOW

 End of day report

  • Accepted quotes now show whether a job appointment was scheduled on that day, making it easier to track conversion and follow-through at a glance

  • Swipe to refresh — swipe down on any page to refresh without reloading the entire app
