Release Notes - 22/05/2026

This week's release is headlined by FRNPay — a new customer-facing invoice payment portal and guided activation wizard — plus a batch of credit and invoice fixes, and a new short URL field for email templates.

 FRNPay invoice portal

Customers can now pay their invoices online through a new FRNPay-powered payment portal — no phone call or manual process required.

  • A Pay Now link on invoice PDFs and emails takes customers directly to the portal
  • Customers can view their outstanding balance and pay securely via FRNpay
  • Payments are automatically reconciled back to the job in FlatRateNOW

 FRNPay activation wizard

Setting up FRNPay is now guided by a step-by-step activation wizard, making it significantly easier for new companies to get payment processing up and running.

Note: Company information is required during activation to authorise AMEX payments. Have your business details ready before starting the wizard.
  • Walks through all required setup steps in sequence
  • Company details are automatically synced to the FRNPay platform on completion

 Quote credit fixes

A number of issues with credit handling have been resolved across the platform following the credit adjustments feature released in Week 2.
