This week introduces quote credit adjustments — a new way to apply price reductions as line items on quotes — alongside Postmark email infrastructure updates, several job workflow bug fixes, and a batch of UI improvements.

Quotes & pricing 

The headline addition this week is credit adjustments, giving your team a structured way to apply discounts and credits directly on a quote.

• Quote credit adjustments — added ability to apply credit adjustments to quotes, allowing price reductions and credits to be displayed as line items
  
  

Invoices & payments 

• Invoice view updates — improved layout and styling of the invoice screen in the web app

 Jobs & workflow

• Fix scratchpad navigation — fixed a bug where navigating in the price builder (scratchpad) wasn't working properly
• Scratchpad convert bug fix — fixed a compatibility issue when converting scratchpad items

 Integrations

Three Email updates were deployed this week to improve email delivery reliability:

• Email queue — added default background queue processing for outgoing emails, improving delivery speed and reliability
• Connector update — updated the mail server integration
• Log reformat — reformatted bounce notification messages stored in the activity log for improved readability

simPRO:

• simPRO invoice number to FRNPay — invoice numbers from simPRO now pass through to FRNPay for accurate payment matching in Xero

 UI & app improvements

• Dark mode (admin/office) — added dark mode support for the back-office admin interface (beta)
• Chatter “show more” button — added expand/collapse functionality for long message threads in the activity log
• Side menu button visibility fix — fixed a bug where navigation menu buttons were incorrectly hidden
• Fix scratchpad tasks with addons — fixed a display issue with tasks that had add-on items in the price builder
