Presentation Feature

After preparing your quotations, don't present them separately - use the Presentation feature. The simple way to present more than 1 quotation to your customer.

The Presentation Feature allows the user to choose from any DRAFT or PENDING quote on the job to display side by side, offering a more seamless customer experience.

What is currently included in the Presentation Feature?

  • You can choose any DRAFT or PENDING quote within the job
  • You can choose from preset 'labels' to group the quotations, for example:
    • Good, Better, Best
    • Urgent, Important, Anytime
    • Premium, Quality, Basic
    • Repair, Replace, Upgrade
    • Option 1, Option 2 (Simply displaying the options side by side)
    • Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 (Simply displaying the options side by side)
    • Highly Recommended, Bare minimum
  • Display the information that you want:
    • Task Descriptions
    • Task Images
    • Task Codes
    • Itemised Pricing
    • Inc or Ex GST Pricing
  • Edit Tasks and Deselect/Reselect Tasks from within the Presentation feature
    • This significantly reduces the need to jump in and out of the feature to make changes to products, pricing or deselecting tasks.
  • Collect the customer signature directly from the present view
  • Share the Presentation with your client via QR Code, Email or SMS
