FlatRateNOW PDF Editor

The FlatRateNOW PDF Editor allows you to create your own style of Quote, Invoice and Payment PDF starting from a blank page or editing pre-existing templates.

To create an easier experience for designing how you want your PDF templates to look & feel, you can use the ‘Drag & Drop’ function – offering a similar feel to creating documents in Word.

Developing PDF templates can be challenging when there is an endless list of dynamic fields at your finger tips, so we create fields that are commonly grouped together called ‘Components’ that you can simply drag and drop into place. These include:

    • Headings, Text, Images
    • Business Details
    • Image
    • Quote Summary Card – Job Number, Date Issued, Expiration Date, Prepared By, Sub-Total, GST & Total
    • Selected Task Table – Task Code, Task Image/Product Image, Task Heading, Task Description, Quantity and Task Pricing
    • Deselected Task Table – Task Code, Task Image/Product Image, Task Heading, Task Description
    • Savings, Credit & Rebate – Including their respective ‘Notes’ field
    • Adding new page before/after
    • Add PDF before/after

The Available PDF Templates

You don't just have the ability to edit the existing template, there are multiple template-types that you can use to start with, these are:

Blank Template

  • Start from a blank canvas. Build your Quote/Invoice/Payment PDF from scratch.

Simple Template

  • Start with a minimised version of the current FlatRateNOW template – with the Customer Information, Quote/Invoice/Payment Summary component and Customer Notes.

Professional Template

  • The Original FlatRateNOW template with all the existing fields ready to be modified or given a fresh update.

Default Template

  • Whatever template you currently have as your default.

FlatRateNOW Custom Templates

  • These templates are all ‘Professional Quote’ templates with additional information specific to:

    • Relining
    • Excavation & Repair/Replace
    • Switchboard Upgrades/Installation
    • HVAC – Split System
    • HVAC – Ducted System
    • Solar System
