The following article explains the update deployed on the 22nd of June 2020 improving the in-app Search function.
To improve your experience within the Job List, we have merged the Claim Job bar with the Search bar and included a new Advanced Search screen.
When you enter your search value such as a job number or customer name, you will be able to select 'Advanced Search'. This will allow you to see jobs that are not assigned to you OR are in the archive.
From the Advanced Search screen, simply clicking on the job you would like to view, FlatRateNOW will do one of 3 things:
- If the job is already assigned to you and visible in your job list, it will filter your job list to only show the desired job/customer.
- If the job is already assigned to you but in the archive, it will automatically un-archive the job and filter your job list to only show the desired job/customer.
- If the job is not assigned to you, it will ask you to confirm that you'd like to claim the job and commence the process of moving the job to your job list. IN addition, it will filter your job list to only show the desired job/customer.
