FRNPay

FRNPay is FlatRateNOW's own credit card payment processing facility. The facility currently offers:

• Card payment via the app
  • Typing card details directly into device
  • QRCode - allows the customer to scan the tradies device to load the payment screen directly on their mobile
• Initial Payment Request (Deposit)
  • When issuing the quotation, the user can specify if an initial payment is required on quote acceptance
• Personal Dashboard directly accessible for Management
• Surcharge functionality

The FRNPay fees are:

• 1.95% + 30c for VISA/Mastercard
• 2.20% + 30c for AMEX
