Automatic Deposit/Initial Payment Request

Reminding your team again and again about collecting an initial payment/deposit payment can begin monotonous. Instead, se it up to automatically prompt the user.

This will remove the awkward post acceptance conversation of "Oh, by the way, we need to collect 10% from you". Once this feature is enabled, it will prompt the user and the customer that an initial payment will be required upon acceptance of the quote.
