Aroflo Integration

FlatRateNOW's integration with Aroflo adds a powerful tool to your toolkit. By removing the need to double handle information, Aroflo Tasks will automatically sync and quotations accepted in FlatRateNOW will automatically sync back into the Aroflo Task.

Please note: we cannot download Aroflo Quotes and cannot push data back into an Aroflo Quote.

How does FRN x Aroflo Integration work?

Task Scheduled: When a task is scheduled in Aroflo, the user can download the job by pressing 'Job List' in their FRN quoting app. This will then download any/all new/updated tasks from their schedule in Aroflo.

Quote Accepted in FlatRateNOW: When a quote is accepted in FRN, information will be uploaded as an AD-HOC material component to the Aroflo Task.

What integration settings are available for Aroflo?

• Enable Invoice And Payment: When enabled, you can invoice and collect payment in the FlatRateNOW app. Only attachments will upload into Aroflo Task.
• Task Upload: If enabled, the FRN Tasks on the accepted quote will upload into the Aroflo Task (Job) as AD-HOC Material.
• Skip Hidden Schedules: If enabled, Aroflo Tasks won't download unless they are visible to the user on their Aroflo schedule.
• Upload Costs to Aroflo: Strongly recommend disabling. If enabled, total costs will be uploaded which will impact your True Cost recorded in Aroflo.
• Upload Mode:
  • Heading: Only the FRN Task headings will upload
  • Heading and Description: The FRN Task headings and descriptions will upload. Please note, a limit of 1,000 characters is enforced by Aroflo
